Everbloom Paper Flowers

Eucalyptus (Opaline)

$185

Silver dollar eucalyptus is the stem florists reach for when an arrangement needs air — round paired leaves clasping the stem in tidy opposite ranks, blue-grey and resolutely matte. Matte is the part that changes here. These leaves hold a shifting opal sheen across lavender, violet, and a soft sea green, so the stem reads differently depending on where the light is coming from and where you’re standing.

Each leaf is cut round, shaped with a shallow cup, and dyed in a wash that moves across a single leaf rather than sitting flat — some read violet, some green, most somewhere between — then finished with an iridescent surface that catches rather than covers. They’re set in true opposite pairs up a hand-dyed stem, the spacing tightening toward the tips the way real eucalyptus does as the growth gets newer. Two stems, each built separately, arranged to sit well together.

Signature Series pieces are Julia’s own inventions — botanicals that don’t exist, made with the same techniques as the ones that do. This one is unusual in the group: a real plant given a finish nature never gave it. It works as air and color in an arrangement, or on its own in a tall narrow vase, and it holds its shimmer indefinitely.

Materials & Making

Every piece is built from premium German and Italian crepe paper — hand-dyed, hand-painted, and shaped petal by petal. Stems are wired throughout, so each piece can be bent, angled, and arranged as you like, and holds its shape once set.

A multi-step protective finish seals the color, adds a subtle luster, and guards against fading and humidity. Because every piece is colored by hand, tones vary slightly from the photograph — no two are identical, and yours will be its own.

Made to Order

Each piece is made by hand after your order is confirmed. Typical preparation times, measured from the date your order is confirmed with Julia: 7–10 days for one to three stems, 10–14 days for four to seven, and 14–21 days for larger commissions. Shipping transit adds approximately 5–7 days. Timelines run longer through the holiday season and the spring wedding months, and your confirmed date will always be stated in writing before you commit.

Working toward a wedding or event date? Include the date in your request and we’ll confirm the full schedule before anything is finalized. Need a piece sooner than the times above? Ask — a compressed timeline can often be arranged.

Prefer a different palette? Most pieces can be made in custom colors — describe what you have in mind, or send a photograph, and Julia will confirm what’s possible with your quote.

Every piece is finished with a tag signed and dated by Julia, nested in tissue, and boxed for safe travel. Preparation & Delivery

Care & Repairs

Though delicate in appearance, each piece is remarkably durable and may be bent and arranged as needed. Keep out of prolonged direct sun and damp environments, and your piece will hold its color and form for decades. Because every piece is made by hand to order, all sales are final. Should a piece ever be damaged, Julia will repair it whenever repair is possible, for the life of the piece — you cover shipping and handling. Guarantee & Repairs
